So you are a dog lover too 🙂

Yes, good idea to wait till your kids are old enough to be able to help care for the pet. Having pets will teach them responsibilities and compassion.

My DD loves animals, especially dogs. She probably thinks that every family has a pet cos my in-laws have a Shih Tzu, my parents have a cat and she visited some of my friends' places and they happened to have pets too.

      Hi kabalevsky,

My two darlings get along pretty well. My DD likes to pat, hug and feed my Chow Chow. Sometimes she can be naughty and bully him instead by tugging his fur or chase him with her riding toy. We are very lucky to have a good-natured and gentle Chow Chow who knows better to steer clear of my DD when she is in her naughty mode.

hmmmmm…this thread has been quite quiet.

I work flexible hours too. My bestie (also a mummy)just set up a CSR agency and roped me in to help her! It’s really very fun and meaningful work compared to what we were slogging for in the past.

I had been freelancing as and when there were suitable opportunities before this CSR position came along. Really hope to earn some decent money while maintaining work-life balance now that I have a family.

I have given my pre-enrolment form to LSH at Safra Jurong about 2 weeks ago. I have indicated that I wish to enrol my girl in May next year. When will LSH contact me? Or am I able to know my queue number now?

Thanks Mummyzun for your reply. I’ve faxed them the pre-enrolment form and it has been almost a week but no calls or any response from LSH yet.

Did you get to tour the school before you enrol your child in LSH at Safra Jurong? What makes you decided to go for LSH@Safra Jurong?
