If you look at the supply of properties targeted to be released over the next couple of years. it will peak in 2015 & 2016 with tens of thousands and immediately after that, the supply drops drastically to a few thousand units…I just wonder if its going to be a repeat of the COE for cars fiasco - where we see COE prices going see-saw…
