Call the school to find out what is CoP. If cop is 7M , you can file an appeal. If cop is 7D, move on bah.

We will call HCI this morning. If HCI’s COP is 7M, we want to appeal. But the problem is we can not find the appeal form of HCI. Anyone can help?
