Can I check when does the kids need to choose their subject combinations and CCA? School curriculum starts at 7.30am or 8.45am? Thank you so much!

I am at a loss as to who can I seek help with regards to my niece.

She is currently a Secondary One student in PRSS.
During the 1st half year, she was a target by her classmates in group chats after school and in class.
The same female bully verbal abused her in chats and made fun at her openly.
But luckily she managed to pull through that ordeal without my intervention.
The female bully was not exposed officially and even gotten herself a best student award before mid year ended. WHAT AN IRONY !

When school reopens in July, things however gotten worst.
It seemed that she remain as a target, but this time it is the boys that sneer and throw balls at her.
Born with flat feet, she tends to fare poorly in sports which is her weakness.
But been lousy in sports should not be the cause of bully right?

Then the school PE Teacher died after a fall at home, I dunno was it partly becos of this, plus the school bullying adding up, now she starts hating to go to school.

We advised her to talk to the school counselor but the counselor dun seemed helpful either.

Should we change her to another secondary school?

Any advise from the wonderful people here?

I sympatize with your niece situation, glad that she open up to you. maybe you can find out did anything happen prior to the bully incident starts? does your niece know why was she the target? the parents can sit down and talk to the form teacher or principal? these bullies like target those go on solo or introvert. such incident should be brought up to the teacher and let those bullies know that your niece is not timid as they think. but according to what you said, the bully got a best student award she must be a real good "actress" infront of the teachers! show the watsapp conversations to the teacher and principle and let them know such a so called ‘role model student’ does such an act. parents send their kids to school to learn and be happy but if such a thing to happen in school how can the parents feel safe and at ease at all?! hope your niece is brave enough to stand up for herself!

I emailed Chef Lee few months b4 my trip making enquiries and booked the date I want. But I never make any payment. Called her the day b4 my cooking class to confirm and I made payment on the day itself. Enjoy shopping in the market too
