Think there is no lesson from 2, 5 & 6 January 2015, so no need to bring any text books? Think there is no school badge in the booklist, there are 4 pairs of socks and a tie in the text book box though...

Just bring per the instructions provided. Yes, no need for textbooks as they will be involved in orientation activities.

For name tag, we had it in the booklist last year and they stick it on the box. Heard from another parent not on ksp that it's there. You might want to double check.

Bring stationary, definitely there will be forms to fill!
Not name tag, but school badge is stick on the inside cover of the box.

Based on last year, it is mixed abilities. I won't be surprised if this is still the case.

Mrs Tan, the Principal says everyone will have a equal start, so it should be a mixed abilities if school stick to her principle.

One add advantage is if you get a pass at O level for HMT, you are exempted from doing the MT at A level.

Mine drop HMT in P6 and she wants to take it up again in Sec1. Check with your dd on how comfortable she is in doing HMT.

Any idea if there is a morning bus to the school?

How is the first day like 22 Dec, need to purchase books etc.?

The contact I have for bus is Simon Ng 9273 4388. You might want to call and ask. Such are private bus driver. I was asking for north east area past year but we fetch ds by ourselves.

For 22/12, the girls will be given booklist, what to expect for first few days, forms to complete , etc... We bought books and uniform on 22/12. There are other dates to do it too.

Will there be parent briefing on 22/12? or the school keep out the parents and brief only the students. how long it took for the whole process? TIA
