Hello Morning,
My boy just returned from overseas, been accepted in NJC year 3 (Sec 3)
He is totally oblivious to the local system here, and it’s eons that I have been too, thus
can’t remember.
May I seek your help, on what does my son need to prep for next year please?
Any info or feedback (+ve or -ve) would be helpful as I have totally no clue about school or culture.
Thanks a lot. -

RE: Waveboard - new kind of skateboard/blading
hi my kid just bought a waveboard and can 'wave' quite ok.
anyone whose kids have waveboard wanna have a waveboard gathering where the kids can 'wave' from point A to point B together?
Suggestions could be saturday or sunday afternoon,
suggested venues could be anywhere where the ground is smooth rather than asphalt.
thanks!

RE: weekly 听写 prep/revision
Hi, my kid is in Pri 4.
Looking for another Pri 4 child to learn and revise Chinese TING XIE and MO XIE together once a week FOC.
Have tried this during the June holidays with 2 different kids and works like clockwork.
Realized when 2 are revising together with a slight competitive angle, they remember much better and write more dedicated-ly.
I'm at Bishan, willing to travel to nearby places and bring my kid along.
60-90 min on the day before Ting Xie day is good enough for me.
If you have a kid who drags his/her feet in prep for Ting Xie and the bore of repeating writing of words, let me know, perhaps I could help and do it together with my kid.
Thanks, all the best.

RE: Superstar Teacher Online tuition
Hi my kid says that it is boring because there is no interaction. Only passively listening, without a chance to engage the teacher, like in a classroom. Anyone has the same issues and any suggestions?

really easy.
apps for math
with loud audio for congratulations for completing each chapter/page etc
kids really dig those.
