Does the icr outlet matters? I bought him to 2 outlets and there was no improvement, alas, my boy has to repeat the same course for 3 terms. Initially I thought ICR is good but I was wrong. Now I’m considering to drop him out and consider other phonic schools. Waste of time and money.
