Hi, my children are currently attending True Learning Centre in Jurong. They will be in P5, Sec 2 and Sec 4 next year. The tutors such as Mr Goh, Mr Xiao and Mr Bok are very experienced secondary math teachers who have taught my two older children while Mr Oo and Miss Angeline are the ones who taught my boy who will be in P5. Overall, this centre has helped my children improve and they found the lessons beneficial.

It's a tuition centre run by ex-MOE teachers. You need to check with them on the fees as they differ from levels to levels. They do provide make-up lessons as my children attended make-up classes before.

Yes, it's so unfortunate that this happened...just an ordinary night but there was a driver from hell who destroyed the lives of these 2.
I am happy that taxi driver's family will be well taken care of by the govt. They truly deserve sympathy.

Although I sympathize with the family of the deceased taxi driver, there are some taxi drivers who are reckless drivers. Hopefully this incident will remind all drivers to be more careful and considerate.

Mr Max Tan from True Learning is very good. The rates are also reasonable. My daughter is under him for math. But I think some of his classes are full.

I tend to believe that maids who are older in age (40 +) are less likely to bring trouble when they go on off. I could be wrong.

There are so many assessment books in the market. What criteria do you use when selecting them? Do you select them based on the publisher or author?

Hi, my daughter was enrolled in their sec 1 math class in August after being placed in their waiting list. Her feedback about the lessons was very positive. She said that the tutor mr max tan was clear in his explanation and his lessons were very interesting. I have signed up my daughter for the sec 2 math class next year as there are limited vacancies. You may want to call the centre to find out whether there are any vacancies in 2012 as the registration for 2012 was open on 1 September.

my child got A* in her PSLE Math but has been performing very poorly in her Mathematics this year. I call up a tuition centre in Jurong but their Sec 1 Math class is full and I’m put on the wait list. According to their website, their tutors are MOE master teacher and head of math from hwa chong institution. Does anyone have children in this centre? The centre’s name is True Learning Centre.
