It all depends on where U stay. No need to go round the flats,as our childrens already very tired.

Maybe, my suggestion, tell our DD or DS what mummy or daddy or .. which colour we are wearing on that day, I think that will be much more easier for our DD /DS to spot us where we are standing in especially in such a crowded atmosphere. 😉
Hi I fetch my DD at gate C. I always stand at the same location behind fencing where she can see me. (Although i am not near the gate, that is the location where is not so crowded and my DD can see me) So she wil always spot me on the same location. Once she see me, she will proceed to the gate. I will go to the gate there and fetch her. (i had also told my DD if she didnt see me, remain in the school, dont go out the gate) until i am there to fetch her.
The teachers also informed the students on the spot that, only see the parents then go out the gate. I saw some students still remain inside the gate as they did not see their parents yet.
There are also teachers standing outside the gate to check on any students that are not picked up by parents and if yes, will direct them back to the school compound. I believe it should be quite safe for them..

Till date many of us are still guessing if we can do this or that.

        (A) If they have PE lesson, can i assume that they can wear PE attire the entire day?

        (B) There are so many text books for English lesson. What must we bring or we need to bring all? How about other subject?

© What about recess time for tomorrow and day after? Will someone be there to guide the kids to buy food?

I think since is a common concern for most, they could have prepare us with a FAQ.

I find that every parents have a problem especially during raining days.

I think it have been a problems for so many decades.

For example today, lucky that the rain is not so heavy but it was already so much worse, very crowded then ever. Not to imagine heavy downpour, especially with younger sister or brother or even babies.

I was so angry that I would like to voice out here.

I was being told off by a guy that I was squeezing when I was walking towards the traffic light.(Going home then) Come on, every one was squeezing out. Others parents are still waiting for their DD and Ds. How are we going out then? I am fetching my daughter and with my son. Not like him can come alone with no umbrella. I feel bad for his DD or DS. Raining day no umbrella.Poor child. Be More considerate, right. Not gentlemen at all.

I hope that Nan Chiau Primary can put in consideration for parents waiting place during the renovation for the single session year to come.

Hi, there are some letters and notes from the teachers that my DD brought home that mentioned for item B).
As for item A) and C), is what the teacher told my DD and she came home ''report'' to me. 🙂

            A) if they have PE lesson, they ARE TO WEAR PE attire the entire day. No need bring shirt to school to change

            B) As for Class P1A, the form teacher had issued us a list of books to be kept by her (which means that my DD no need to bring the following books to school. As and when needed to use, the teacher will distribute the relevant books to them). The books kept by the teachers are:
            a. STELLAR handwritting 1
            b. The ultimate guide to mastering comprehension Pri 1
            c. My journal (english) Pri 1
            d. My grammar handbook (teacher's production)
            e. Discover Math workbook 1A and 1B
            f. Discover Math topical practice 1
            g. Plastic file (for maths) Red-2
            h. Plastic english yellow file with dividers

            C) My DD told me that there will be buddy attached to them for 5days during recess. One P2 buddy attached to one P1 student. My DD also mentioned that if the P1 student is a girl, the buddy will be a girl too so that if the P1 student need to use the toilet, the buddy can go with her.

Currently no such problem at gate C. Maybe not many parents fetch kids from gate C.

                Dear parents,

Today i found out something which most parents would love to know…
that is how they allocate P1 classes.
One P2 student told me that the classes are allocated by the students’ height. Which means that the short 1 will go to class A and the tallest will go to Class J.
I dont know is it correct. (I found it quite accurate as my DD are quite short) So can we confirm by stating our child height here? I shall start first.

                Irene DD P1A-1.08m

any feedback on the teachers’? My dd told me her Math teacher started to give them some work to do… Those who know what to do, can proceed. those who don’t, will go to her. In smaller group, she will guide them.

Any of your dd signing up for enrichment? Got a general letter from the alumni.
