I think the crux of the matter is whether the funds in question came from a Building Fund or a Crossover Project Fund. If a church has a Crossover Project that needs to be funded, it should set up a separate Crossover Project Fund. People who donated to a Building Fund did not expect to have their funds diverted to a Crossover Project. The merits of the Crossover Project seems to be irrelevant to the question of whether the funds were directed to the intended purpose.

Wow I like this analogy of Ah Gong \"investment plans\" keep mum from ah mah. Ah Gong found so many investment mgmrs and until even in the end when Ah Mah finds out abt it...n also if those children, grandchildren are to hear if Ah Gong's \"justified version of investment\"...so many parties A, B, C and M...wow they also go \"Gong gong\" about it.

Is this Pastor Kong Hee and Sun Ho? Is he allowed to travel overseas while on bail?

If remember correctly, bail was upped to $1 million in order to allow him to travel overseas for speaking (or is it brainwash) assignments.
