Anyone has any idea what is the maximum number of volunteers a school can take in?
There is no standard number. It depends on the school's needs. -
May I ask if anyone has PVed for Maris Stella before? And if so, what were the duties assigned? I hope to register my ds in 2015 for 2016 intake.

Does River Valley take in PV and if yes, how many do they take in per year??
Thanks in advance, trying to gauge my chances. -
Hi,
Any suggestions how to ace PV application form esp for RGPS and SCGS? -
Anyone has a good parent CV to share??
-
Anyone knows how many Parent Volunteers (within 1km) or (1km-2km) have Rulang Primary School accepted and going for the registration for this coming Phase 2B primary one registration on 22 and 23 Jul 2013?

haha, if someone did share a good CV, the schools will be flooded with similar CVs. hahaha -
Regarding CV- different schools are looking for different types of PV so there’s no such thing as "good". Just for info- I was rejected by RGPS but accepted by Rosyth for PV. So, just let the school know what is your strength and how you can contribute.
For SCGS PV- my friend’s daughters are in SCGS and according to her, they only want ballerinas or professional dancers as PV. So one is keen to go through phase 2, Grass Root would be a better way, of course unless you are a dancer. -
Also someone asked whether school home distance affect PV application. In my experience- no. We stay right next to RGPS and yet were rejected for PV. But Rosyth, which is in Serangoon, accepted us.

You should try Nanyang or st Margaret. Rosyth, base on past trends, if I recall correctly balloting required for more than 2km
