Agonising 3 days. I used to wonder what's the big fuss about Pri 1 registration. A parent will always want to select the best for her child. I'm glad I did. Hang on, you have to endure till next Tuesday.sembgal:
Latest update
PLMGS requires balloting for SC <1km. No chance for balloting more than 1km for SC.
CHIJ OLN requires balloting for SC 1km to 2km. SC > 2km no chance to ballot. I made the wise move to go Marymount Convent.
Update on Marymount Convent: Those that registered for Phase 2C all successfully get in. No balloting required!
I'm celebrating now, having a good meal!
Congrats sembgal! u deserve the break and good meal. Thanks for \"accompanying\" me throughout the past 3 days

Just realized Fairfield got 6 or 7 withdrawal aft 2B. Sooo upset cos I was one of 9 who balloted for the one and only one vacancy left for 2B :(...sigh
Patisy, you are right. There was a total of 9 who withdrew after Ph2A. 3 withdrew in Ph 2B and 6 in Ph 2C. I believe there was a lot of these happening in quite a number of schools. Parents who want to secure their seat under alumni or old boy / old girl while monitoring their chance at their first choice school.
You were caught in an unfortunate situation in this system. :hugs:
Did you successfully register at Alexandra in the end? The registrations there was overwhelming!! -
