Wow - quite a bunch of good replies !!

Another 2 to add for myself:

        (1) Be Honest - Better to be corrected now than to keep on spinning lies to cover the original lie. And it is ok to be wrong sometimes cos nobody is perfect.

        (2) Fight Addiction (aka Mind Over Body) - Any addiction, over-eating, smoking, TV. Master your body and not the other way around.

Nobody's perfect, but I won't say it's ok to be wrong. Be contrite, get over it, and don't do wrong again.

\"Now go and stand in that corner for 20 mins.\" LOL kidding

Hi FussyMummy, thatโ€™s a really good point.

My mom kept stressing on this since I was very young. She also stressed about not talking to/following strangers and not eating food (esp drink) offer by strangers.

                  1. Karma - for every action, theres a reaction.

                  2. Learn from everyone around you, for everyone is different.
                  3. For everything bad that happens, theres a good side to it. Vice-versa.
                  4. Life is how you live it, not what others tell you about it.
                  5. Enjoy what you hv, earn what you want.

                  Thats all for nowโ€ฆ

I'm not so sure about this one. Humans (not just kids) have an uncanny knack of learning all the bad things, not only the good ones. Or especially not the good ones LOL

Learn as in understanding, not necessary must follow suit. Thats where pt 4 comes in.
