hi parents, i just found out and saw this bus number 14 which is overloaded with kids… I found it very dangerous with almost 3 kids to a 2 seats. With their bags, i dont think the kids can sit comfortably or most importantly safely.
Found out no. 14 goes to marine drive and then other areas…
any parents kids taking bus 14? I just tot i share coz i saw the bus really overloaded, its super dangerous.
also they stop & picked up this young kid with a maid opp the old school building at the main marine parade road (where alot cars will park waiting for CHIJ kids)…
I am raising my concerns here.
Is it allowed for 3 kids to 2 seats???
poor kids, how can they endure? -
quixation:
My kids take bus 4... also like that, 3 kids to 2 seats, sometimes even more during CCA days when students of the other sessions squeezed in. I don't think there is a legal rule of one-seat-per child for small buses... sigh... no choice since I have no maid and am working, so school bus is the only choice.hi parents, i just found out and saw this bus number 14 which is overloaded with kids.. Oh My Gosh:
All small school buses are supposed to be fitted with safety belts and children have to be buckled up under the law. 3 children to 2 seats definitely a no no. safety shouldnt be compromised

Not only are 3 children squeezed to 2 seats, there was one occasion which I saw there were no available seats and a student sitting on the empty space next to the bus-driver (behind the brake), in a different direction facing the rest of the students. Sigh.

Hi…
Does anyone know where the Parents- Teacher Conference is held on 30 May and 2 June?
TIA -
Hi, my dd is in p4 this year. I understand that there is an option to choose between normal chinese or higher chinese in P5.
DD wants to continue taking higher chinese but I am wondering what are the advantages of taking higher chinese… In PSLE, all chinese and higher chinese students take the same paper, right? -
To continue higher Chinese, you must meet the benchmark which is 75 minimum, if I am not wrong. If not, you will be asked to take normal Chinese, which some may decide to appeal.
Psle, you will have to sit for both Chinese papers, higher and normal.
standard Chinese will be used for tabulating of t-score, while higher Chinese are graded: merit, distinction etc.
Higher Chinese will help to get 1 or 2 or 3 bonus points, depending on your grade, only when you apply for a SAP secondary school…eg. 255+3. -
Hi, cam I know how to submit the tao nan alumni application form n entrance fees?

Dear Mummies/ Daddies, are any of your DS/ DD on the E2K Science Programme? Is the programme beneficial? Should DS go for it?
