If we withdrew our application from a school and was unsuccessful in balloting... any chance to appeal to go back to the school we withdrew from? Just asking... even though I know the chance is low... or even ZERO...

You have to wait for phase 2C Supp to open, find out that school you want still got vacancies or not ?

no more vacancies... want to try to appeal or put on wait list...

Is phase 2CS registration based on distance (1,1-2km)? And is there any difference if I register on first day or last day of 2CS? Wonder if it’s based on first come first serve basis

The rules for Phase 2C(S) is exactly the same as Phase 2C. It is not first come first served.

Who gets in through wait list and appeal is decided by the Principal. Not on first come-first-serve basis. Be prepared to answer 'Why did you withdrew your application? Why do you want to come back?'.

My suggestion is, be truthful in your answers.
