      Hello everyone,

Can anyone here recommend a good place to learn art for 6 year-olds? Thank you so much  😄

jeanjean, have you checked out http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/enrichmentlist?op0=AND&filter0%5B%5D=30&filter1=&filter2= yet?

Hi. Saw the list but don't know which one is suitable.
We have tried CC. It's good (to me) and cheap. But my DD3 don't like it. The method that the teacher used is 'instruction' type. First, the teacher draw some outline on the paper, before the class start. During the lesson, he will give instruction to add lines or shapes to the drawing and state the colour to the shape/object. My DD3 don't like this kind of instruction. He loves free drawing. At home, he can complete a drawing without pause and as he draw, he will tell me what he is the drawing e.g. this the dinosaur head, here's the leg, then the baby sitting on the back, here's the tree, etc. May I know anyone has any recommendation on class that allows him to enjoy his drawing? My DD is 5yr old/K2 and we are staying in Tampines. Thanks.

Any recommendations for art school? My dd is very interested in art but I sent her once to this art school for a few lessons. The teacher was so focused on the product that she kept pushing dd to finish quickly. Completely not what I think an art teacher should do.

I had sent my son for a class there. It's very well run and I was amazed at my son's work at the end of the day. He did a self portrait. The only gripe, very very expensive.
