Of unsound mind, I can understand.
But if it is another country's culture or habit, pls don't bring it over. I am sure we don't need it.
I think some of us have already seen kids peeing openly and because these are kids, we turn one blind eye. But seriously, if they are adults and not crazy, this act should be stopped.

haven't seen unsound mind talk to people on handphone.
have seen unsound mind talking to themselves, muttering to themselves, or scolding people that are not present, but not holding a handphone.
seems like she (adult) not embarrassed to pull down her underwear, and sheshee in public view.
inside MRT, always announce -
