...At least I only have to worry about her academics, especially Chinese.

Get your daughter to teach Jamal Chinese. Sure win wan. Some more sure to get lots of yummy goodies during Hari Raya from Jamal's grateful parents. -
I was so excited about my boy's first day of school. He is at ACSJ and they only started school on Tuesday as the school moved to a new premise. Took tons of pictures and have blogged about it http://angeliatay.livejournal.com/382435.html#cutid1.

Haha...more like they give us goodies for NOT teaching him (horribly mispronounced) Chinese.schellen:

ACSJ is really nice & big. Very nice sick beds and attractive classroom chairs (ie bright yellow). Even canteen stalls’ menu boards are appealing. I think the sch has good marketing team. -
Caroline,
I guess the P1 batch this year is fortunate because the school is brand new so they get to enjoy a bigger premise and all the new facilities and amenities…erm, thanks to the generosity of the students’ parents!
Well, I have to add though that the canteen food is really exorbitant when u compare it to that of the other schools! -

My boy is a true-Leo....ie very bossy. :oops:schellen:
schellen,And talking about bossiness, he better not be my daughter's partner or he'll end up being bossed around for the whole year. (It's the truth! She bossed around the boys in her class at K2, K1 and N2. )
I know that this post is already off topic but I can't resist this : do you know that our bossy kids get to 'boss' the classmates to stand in line and keep quiet for the whole of this term? Ha! talking about bossiness!

Really??!! So your DS and my DD are Ms H's little helpers for Term 1? :shock:jedamum:
