Something for everyone…the middle income and those without income like sahms, hopefully. Prices of food have escalated too fast. Even cooking more meals at home is not cheap.

Thinking of not only cook at home but eat lesser now.

In this way, can save $$ n stay healthy too.

On top of that, I hv to look out for weekly promos n stock up on non perishable items.

To me, it’s really ironic! We hv advanced so much n more affluent but on the other hand, I feel poor becos basic cost has escalated so much that we are now to square 1 40 years ago.

the rich are still rich...the poor are still poor.
even cooking more at home is not cheap...but there is nutrition and less salt, oil and MSG.

Yes, not cheap but should be still cheaper and better than eating outside.
A packet of chicken wing (1kg) after marinate can feed 2 meals for a family of 3 or 4, cheaper than buying ock or kfc.

oh yes, a packet of frozen chicken can feed more people.
given the festive season, it's safer compared to fresh food.
