Thanks for the reply, mummyscopio. I am just wondering how many within this group stays in yishun/woodlands. Maybe can collate the numbers and then maybe speak to a bus company to provide such service to and from DLS.

Did you manage to find a school bus service from sch to Yishun? I tried both schoolber and grabshuttle, think we need to make up the numbers.

I'm not sure about schoolber but grabshuttle has private cars so I think even minimum of 4 is enough. However, haven't yet received a response from them meaning not enough to start a route. :frustrated:

Hi...thanks for the response! I can certainly join you if we regiater him to DLS. πŸ˜‰
So your daughter is already in DLS? How do you currently send her to school? Asking this because if i am to send my son there i will have to take public transport in the morning and it worries me how long it will take to get there. πŸ™‚ appreciate if you can share your experience.
Also, is the school and teachers ok?
Sorry for asking so many questions! Picking up a school is hard work 😞

My eldest was in DLS, now in Sec 3 SST. School is good and teachers are very helpful. We had no problems at all. Tbh we were looking at more than just academics. And so put our second girl there too.

Hubby drops her in the morning by car. Last year she was in student care until we picked her up after work. Wanted to bring her home earlier this year. So far, no luck with transport 😞

Thanks so much for the reply. Glad to hear school is good. I am debating between northview, Peiying or DLS. Other 2 mainly because of convienience of traveling.

Hi, are parents allowed to enter the school during the P1 recess time on the first day?

Hi! Yes there has been sch bus service from Woodlands since 2017. My son has been tking the sch transport and he gets picked up at abt 6.10am (he is roughly the 5th child in d bus by then). And gets dropped off at abt 2.20pm. School ends at 1.45pm. Drivers are caring and responsible πŸ™‚ :hugs:
