If 7 vacancies is left for phase 2A(2) for CHS pri, and although I’m in that phase and within 2km, does that mean I have to ballot? -

If the number of applicants in 2A2 exceeds 7, then distance priority will kick in. Whether there’s balloting for the 1-2km applicants, depends on whether that distance bucket is oversubscribed.

Seems like usually 20+ people will apply. -

The only year that had balloting for 2a2 was in 2015. For applicants >2km. I don’t know the exact number but you can calculate from the percentage. -
