You will need to bring both parents' original NRICs to the school at the point of withdrawal.

2 withdrew during 2A1 (should be phase 1 folks) and 1 withdrew during 2A2 (can be phase 1 or phase 2A1 folk)

I seriously suspect a lot of parents are just going in to chope the place first and then play the musical chairs in Phase 2B / 2C.
