Am surprised that Huamin Primary Sch, specialise in Arts, can have such high demands. 109 seats vs 138 applicants. All SC<1km balloting. Looks like there'll be a lot of Picasso wannabes in future.

And it does not matter how many other people are in the balloting for Hong Wen. Everybody has one equal chance. Yes or no. Just wait. And pray if you wish. Nothing else u can do. -
