suppose a current, existing P2 student in St Nick face genuine learning disability, applied for Exemption in Chinese and MOE approved her exemption in P3.
St Nick being a SAP school, will school still allow this pupil to remain after gained exemption in Chinese, continue her study from (P3 all the way until PSLE), or pupil got to leave school, Transfer out to another Non-SAP school ?

Once exempted from Chinese (Mother tongue),
student (whether by PSLE Tscore or thru Affliation status) cannot study in SNGS Secondary. Reason being, ours is a SAP school.
The SAP school apply to ALL students inside the school, regardless of whether they enter by Affliation, or by Tscore
In a SAP school, during Sec (1 to 4), throughout these 4 years of Sec education, the barest minimum -
Compulsory for student to take Standard Chinese, even if pupil do not take Higher Chinese -

Other than SNGS JIP students must take HCL, there isn’t a rule that students inside SAP school must take CL or HCL if they are exempted from it. Hence, it’s possible to qualify for SNGS OP even if you have been exempted from CL.

The only exception being for JIP where HCL is offered as a standard. SNGS FAQ made that clear (and no mention of compulsory Chinese because that would not be enforceable). -
