It is just 2 weeks since school reopen and your son is struggling? How did he manage even to pass JC1?

Winsomeloosesome, can you just stop creating new ids and disrupring the legit discussion here

I am sure you know there is a separate Tuition thread in kiasuparent. You are such a lousy liar

Please produce evidence to prove that she is whom you think she is.

It's possible to be in JC2 and struggling academically.

Some people pass JC1 easily while others have borderline passes. There are also a small handful with conditional pass.

My son is currently studying in EJC as a JC2 student. However he seems to be struggling with his academics.

Sry if I sound rude but may I know if this thread is the correct place to enquire about Tuition for my son? Thanks. 🙂

I remember recently n the COP 2019 thread, there was also a newly created id that claimed she has a son in EJC but was proven to be false

In your case, which subjects are you son struggling..... not H2 Maths i hope cos that would be such a coincindence 🙂

According to my child, this situation is almost impossible to happen in EjC

Firstly, they do not have conditional passes. You either fail or you pass. And if you have been struggling since J1, you would have been asked to drop a H2 to H1, typically tour worst performing subject. So at the beginning of J2, it is quite impossible to be still struggling since the school just started. If the student is that bad, he would be requested to be retained

Hence, i concur with stetan that what was posted was highly fictitious, similar the usual operandi modus of winsomeloosesome
It was informed by the principal all J1 kids have to start with a 4H2 subject combi.
Only allowed to drop by the end of year 1, based on their tutor recommendations.

Ok, then web site subj combi page is not dated.

Not sure wats reasons for college to get all J1 to take 4H2. Its gd for students who aldy want 4H2 as its guaranteed and no need worry if can meet JC Raw score to qualify 4H2.

But Sec 4 combine Sci students and E Maths may find it tougher.

Why are you repeating and spamming again that taking 4H2 is tough. You have already repeated that more than 4 times Even NYJC required 4H2. But i did not see you spamming in NYJC thread?

Class monitor, it is obvious that this person is actually winsomeloosesome that had created a new id to continue to spam in this thread

Please ban him again
Im not badmouth ejc.

Just commenting 4H2 contents is more steep than H1 contents.
Combine Sci students have to take 2 H2 Sci will be tough.
But then, there are some who like it.
Same for E Maths students take H2 Maths.

“Seems to be” - implies she isn’t sure.

Maybe her son was asked to drop H2 to H1 like you commented. Which ever way you look at it, being “asked” to drop from H2 to H1, as opposed to doing it voluntarily, fits the bill of “seem to be struggling academically”.

IDK, maybe you and stetan’s child are the perfect A type and her son is getting just B. Relatively speaking, compared to your kids, her son also “seems to be struggling academically”, especially if everyone has the same starting t-score.

Just because you aren’t agreeable with someone, doesn’t make them fake. And having strong views about something doesn’t make you right all the time or those holding opposing views wrong. I’m not surprised you concur with stetan, have you disagree with him on anything before?
