        Hmm it may be easier to withdraw since everything is centrally controlled but I imagine they will put in controls to avoid last min withdrawals that crashes the system or makes the process unfair.

        live updates on the registrations should be available… but maybe it is wishful thinking.

          At least one parent needs to be catholic. Please check with the school and MOE to confirm.

            Cap for PR in these 10 schools.

            They are: Bukit Timah Primary School, Bukit View Primary School, Changkat Primary School, Greendale Primary School, Marymount Convent School, North Spring Primary School, Opera Estate Primary School, Pioneer Primary School, Tanjong Katong Primary School and Xingnan Primary School.

            Hardly surprising for some of them. Very good options, some of them - overlookEd by SC but picked up by PR.

                there should not be anything considered last min la

                if rules say can apply/withdraw before 4:30pm,
                4:29pm is a valid entry too.

                    this year, cannot go last minute 3.30 pm to withdraw, because

                    long queue due to social distancing

                    It seems like you might not even be allowed to go down to withdraw, as it says ‘there will be no in-person registration this year’, which should mean no in person withdrawals either. Probably have to do everything online.[/quote]I read this as easier to withdraw

                    using singapss to log in
                    authenticate
                    click click

                    don't even need to travel and show NRIC (physcial withdraw)

                        Cos most people are generally ignorant.

                        A lot of people sees XXX school 25% above 250 - which they will then conclude it’s a good school (which it is) and possibly that their child also got 25% chance of doing well.

                        However, once the GEP cohort (2 to 3 classes) is subtracted from the total, the numbers will drop sharply and the result is likely within the norms of similar schools with similar cohort, ie middle income families to high SES groups.

                        Too much math and too much logic for people to understand. Hence, most people prefer to remain ignorant.
