I think I divided the bottom half into five parts and replaced the missing parts with other shaded parts from bottom itself. I can’t remember how, but I got 150 for the area of bottom. 150 X 2 = 300

Anyone remember the question for hearts/stars? DS wanted to know as he couldn’t recall “possible numbers” or “possible number(s)” …not sure they r testing eng or math.

my answer for that question is 330 cm2 because i drew guide lines and moved some stuff and i got 5 of the thinner rectangles , so since 165cm2 is the total area ... one thin rectangle is 33 cm2 and since they want the area of the entire figure ( consists of 10 thin rectangles ) , i did 33x10 which is 330 cm2 <- talking abt the one which has rectangles and some are shaded ...

i got 300;
3u+2p=165cm2
5u=4p
2.5u=2p
3u+2.5u=5.5u
5.5u=165cm2
1u=30
30x10=300 (x10 because 4p=5u and 5u+5u is 10u)
