      Village Girl:
Parents, have you let your kids do their school homework?

I went into the website but not able to find the chinese homework. Anyone knows where to retreive the chinese homework?
      Hi,

Yes, my child finished his hol homework. For the Chinese homework, after you log in, go to the top tab which says \"Resources\". After that, look for \"eZhishi\". Once you are in there, you should see a section \"e-Assignment\" where the 5 assignments are in there.

The Chinese teacher gave us a screen shot of each step, hence we managed to locate it quite easily.

      Hope it helps.

From what I know as long the Primary Schools have Higher Chinese it is consider as a SAP School already.

I think now it's mostly apply to Secondary School only.

            SAP suppose it means :

The Special Assistance Plan (Abbreviation: SAP; simplified Chinese: 特选补助课程) is a programme in Singapore which caters to academically strong students who excel in both their mother tongue as well as English. It is only available in selected secondary schools. In a SAP school, several subjects may be taught in the mother tongue, alongside other subjects which are taught in English. Currently, SAP schools only cater to those studying the Mandarin mother tongue, although theoretically, future SAP schools for other mother tongues are a possibility. :?

              hi hi,

i believe strictly speaking NCPS is not a SAP under MOE's listing. You can refer to the 2008 press release where it also defined what they mean by SAP:
              http://www.moe.gov.sg/media/press/2008/02/enhanced-programmes-by-special.php

Also you can do a search about the schools in the link below and NCPS is not listed as a SAP.

Yap. My girl now is in P1 studying higher Chinese. I believe the school won't stop half way in teaching higher Chinese in the upper grade.
