For joints tissue, preventive purpose

There are so many brands in the market & different combinations within the same brand, very confusing
Is it effective?
Wondering which brand is good?
Appreciate your feedback

I used Blackmore’s glucosamine SULPHATE, 1500 mg, 3 tables over every two days, very effective to improve my knee condition = no more pain after two weeks

I take glucosamine from Nutrilite. They have 2 types: Glucosamine HCL and Glucosamine -7. The latest one is Glucosamine -7.

only australian and new zealand health products are regulated by their national agencies;even those from usa are not,usa health supplements are dependent on the indivdual brand’s relability

hi sleepy,
i take the GNC’s brand, Glucosamine 750 Chondroitin 600. My father’s bone specialist also recommended taking this combination (the grammage may differ if you buy other brands, but should take these two substance together), he told us that this is the best combination for joints and bone’s health. -

I too support this GNC brand is the quite good :celebrate:
My mum is also taking the GNC brand and her feedback is good too. She used to be taking Kordel previously... My husband recently tried the Nature's essence brand, Joint Support, which promotes natural cartilage regeneration & healthy joints...contained Glocosamine HCI and u just need to take 1 capsule a day....Its good for those people who dislike or always forgot to take medication.... -
i took good quality ingredient product from nutrilite too.

i bought greenlife from guardian after a promoter’s recommendation. there is added MTM too.
i used to buy Brand essence, think it is quite good! -
The best and most effective is USANA Procosa (Glucosamine), but you have to buy from a member or become a member. My HB swears by it.

My dh has been taking GNC Glucosamine. Works for him. Thanks for the earlier recommendation.
Now I need recommendation too.
I experienced rather severe allergic reaction after taking GNC Glucosamine. Only took 3 tablets so far, on separate days, as I just began exercising recently.
I suspect it's because GNC Glucosamine contains shrimp. The strange thing is I'm not normally allergic to shellfish, so I'm not sure why the severe allergic reactions to GNC's.
Wondering if I should try my luck at another brand just to test reaction?
Any recommendation for 'vegetarian' Glucosamine? Seems not as readily available.
Otherwise, what other supplements can I take for knees?
Thanks in advance !
