NUS High camp is a group event, they will not be able to reschedule. You will need to request for HCI , it depends if they are willing to help

I think it might take more time, because like my son people might have had to reschedule due to timing clashes with other schools. My son is taking the math test tomorrow, so maybe we can give it a week after that
