JennyP:
if u take some time to look at the trend.... its has steadily grown popular over the years. Its definitely a school with a positive tendency.Dear all mummies,
Good day.
i just viewed the academy result, i found bukit view very good compare to others, but how come the school not much people want to enrolled their kids?
is anybody kid come from bukit view, can you share your feels and idea?
Thanks in advance.
if you think its is very good after considering all the indicators, then ok lor. But Im curious, what are ur indicators in making ur judgement as above? -
hi
i’m researching on a suitable pri sch for my son.
i’ve visited Ke Ming & find the environment rather positive & encouraging. i also like that it’s bright & airy & the kids do seem very happy. the surrounding areas also seem better.
i live right next to Princess Eliz & have heard that it’s one of the better schs around this vicinity. but i’ve also seen my fair share of misbehaving kids & teachers who seem to be shouting, more than teaching.
I would like to hear from parents who have sent their kids to any of these 2 schs.
tks![/b] -
Lian Hua is one of my choices for DS when it comes time for his registration next year. Guess one of the reason being that it is one of the schools with better chances of getting a place since I don’t live within 2km of any of the schools here.
I won’t consider Bukit View as the school population is very small. I might be wrong but my impression of a school with a low population means that their resources will be limited and they will have lesser opportunities for out of curriculum activities.
Then again, I may not have much choice. -

Knew someone with kid in Princess E - feedback has been thumbs up. i believe there isn't any schools with no misbehaving kids or black-sheep teachers.hi

My take is that both schools are popular in Bt Batok. You can look at the registration data at 3rd day of Phase 2C (assuming you are in this phase) before deciding which to consider; for me if i am you, i will definitely go for Princess E cos just downstairs what! MHO. -

if your son like robotics, Lianhua has that as a niche CCA; but i heard that there is a selection round.Lian Hua is one of my choices for DS when it comes time for his registration next year. Bukit View i think is niche in Aesthetics.
i personally feel that when there is a niche ccas, any other ccas in the sch tend to be overshadowed.
Personally i feel that for choices of neighbourhood primary schools, i would go for CCAs choices if the distances are almost the same.

I think in every school, there are always kids misbehaving and teachers shouting. Even in reowned schools.hi

I have churchmates and friends with kids in PEPS, they only have good things to say abt the school. Generally, they said teachers committed, friendly/approachable, their kids made great friends.
My neighbour has a boy in Keming P3 this year. Neighbour is a CL preschool teacher (PRC). Her son is in CL top class, she said standard quite high, but she was not sure abt EL and Maths. -

if u live next to PEPS, then u might be subjected to balloting when it comes to Keming.hi
