There is forms on a website but it is of no use as when u queue up if under 2C group , there is a number written on the form, written according to your queued number just on the upper right hand corner under ‘REGISTRATION NO.'

The statistics for P1 Registration Exercise 2009 for Temasek Primary are as follows:

Moe mentioned around 30 students per class. Can u imagine mostly 164 seats were taken up from Phase 1 to Phase 2A2 . More than half of the vacancies taken up .

Which means left about 2 classes only for Phase 2C not even a chance for 2C supp.

U can imagine that mostly for Phase 2C all of us are getting in/balloting for just 1 or 2 classes only. Sometimes the most for 3 classes only. :xedfingers:

Does this mean there will be four ballot slips for twins and six for triplets?

I remembered I read somewhere about if twins u want to have individual slip which means two slips of twin and if only one name balloted , the other child cannot entitled for the seat.:-

a) 4 slips for each individual child names written (twins) , as now each child is entitled for 2 slips


Unless u mentioned before hand that u want just one slip for two child (twins) thus if it being balloted for the slip which means two of the child (twin) got in. :-

b) 2 slips only for both names written (twins)

would like to check for immunisation certificates, do we bring the health booklet to the sch or do we have to print it out from the National immunisation registry website?

1 )Photocopy from the health booklet will do but please bring along the health booklet too. (Can double check against the NIR website)

2 ) Bring husband original NRIC and your original NRIC too.

3 ) Original Child BC

Optional: -

4 ) Photocopies of your child health ,any allergies,asthma etc to be attached to the MOH forms. Especially, any surgery before, etc. (As I was given a letter signed by the doctor who done for my girl Surgery whether she can PE and any drug allergies)

As I have attached mine as they will need it for her dental care in school.

(However at later date, the dental nurse called me for a Photocopy letter of my child as my girl had surgery before, maybe different school different procedure )

if exceeds, ballot will proceed in phases, less than 1 km, less than 2 km and beyond 2 km

Balloting

18.What are the guidelines to be used for balloting when the number of applications exceed the number of vacancies from Phase 2A1 to Phase 2C(Supplementary)?

Balloting will be conducted within the school premises and priority will be given in the following order:

a.children living within 1 km of the school of choice.
b.children living between 1 km and 2 km of the school of choice.
c.children living outside 2 km of the school of choice.

If the number of children in category (1) is less than the number of vacancies, all these children should be allocated places without balloting. If after allocation of places to these children and places are still available, priority will be given to those in category (2). If places are still available after category (2) has been considered, children in category (3) will be considered.

If the number of children under the category being considered is more than the vacancies available, balloting will be conducted for them only.
