I enjoyed my stay at Cherating Club Med more. The food there is definitely better.

The beach is beautiful with comfy beach chairs. Kids will definitely enjoy.
Club Med Cherating is superb! Did you sign up for turtle watching? Hubs & I enjoyed it! Can't wait to bring my boy there 🙂

the "kids stay for free" is for the 5D4N package.

Cost ~ $1k for 1 adult + 1 kid (free) inclusive of membership fees for BINTAN clubmed.

Any special activities besides swimming sun tan golfing (not into it) and eating?

How is the kids club? Do they join the club and enjoy themselves for most part of the day?

Was thinking of going too, but not sure if it’s worth the price. Comments welcomed…

club med bintan - food is so-so but very convenient for family with kids. best if kids 4 and up as there are the kids’ club so we parents can relax and don’t need to manage the kids until dinner time. should go with not gone before just for the experience. activities are the usual, trapeze, archery etc.

Are there activities for kids below 3? Thinking of somewhere for my year-end holiday 😛

I went to the one at Bali, and they had activities for kids below 3.

My girl was only 2.5yo, and they brought her to the beach, simple art and craft and swimming as well.

So dont worry, as I am sure that she will be entertained.

Got some photos on my blog, and u can check them out there.

We went to Club Med Bintan last year for 3D 2N. Journey wise was pleasant as it is just a short ride from Singapore.

We went with 3 kids (2+, 4+ and 7+). The gave us 2 connecting rooms. 1 King and 2 twins. My 2 kids join different age group for 4 and 7. While my youngest was with us all the time. They have activities such as trapeze, art classes, archery, swimming fun, kite flying etc.

Food wise, there are 3 or 4 (can’t quite remember) with snacks served at the bars as well. There are even Heinz baby food placed in the fridge of the restaurants. I would say child friendly. We didn’t take the offer for baby cot nor stroller.

I think for a short break, it was pleasant.
