My view is that, priorities to give to Singaporeans and whatever left vacancies will then be given to foreigners and PRs. I do not think by doing some it will deter foreigners to come here. There are other things that they consider when they come here eg. political and economic stability and job opportunities.

sorry can't help you out here on whether which school you should pick. that is subjective. marymount convent no sec school so that by itself is an issue to some parents, including me. olgc at least have sjc.

sure stand a chance. whether the chance is good or not is the question. chij tp 2b usually ballot more than 2km and oversubscribed. luck and faith would play a big part. good luck
