Anyone tried The Line at Shangri La before? I heard it is very good but not sure if it is worth the money. I am thinking of bringing DH for his BD. Just want to make sure it is good and value for money before I do so :lol:

The spread is impressive.
But it's pricey.
Although you may want to splurge for your DH's BD

Merchant Court is better. Traders not too great. You can try Carousel/Line/Aqua Marine too.

my family and I prefer cafebiz at traders hotel over merchant court's ellenborough

i also prefer cafebiz as better ambience, food more to my liking
merchant courts's ellenborough is very noisy but durian pengat is shiok

so so only at the pice of $37++, then I'll have to reconsider. Is it any better than cafebiz at Traders.
Btw, may I ask if you'd been there before or after its renovation?

Melt has top-notch dishes though I think the spread is not as wide as The Line. Having said that, I haven’t been to The Line lately, the last time I went was about a year ago. Melt I went in July.
