wondering if anyone has an idea what the likelyhood for balloting in sjij for phase 2b (under 1km) considering 135 out of 240 places are already taken up to day one of phase 2a2?

It will just take about 10 more registrations tomorrow to reach the same take-up rate by Phase 2A as last year. I think it is very likely SJI is going to require balloting for greater than 2km in Phase 2B. -

so under 1km should be relatively safe? you think?learningtobekiasu:

I would think so... call up the school and confirm tomorrow morning. -

erm.. got another strange question - if my child is registered under phase 2a2 for one school. is it allowed to withdraw on the first day of phase 2b and re-register in a different school? -

Sorry... cheonght... missed your question earlier. Anyway, the only people that can answer your question would be SJI itself. Hopefully you have talked to them last Friday before the end of Phase 2A2 and gotten yourself a place in SJI.chief. can you answer this?

Anyone registered at SJI for Phase 2C here? I just did it for my son this morning, by 9 am there were already 8 within 1 KM, 10 between 1-2 KM, and 2 beyond 2 KM. I'm getting very nervous already
