Hi Mellette,Hi mellette,
May I know which secondary school you have appealled? What sports ur son is taking? Any interview from the principal?
My girl also 5 points short based on last year COP. I also think of appealing.
May I know how you go about doing it. Thanks in advance. :celebrate:
I also curious to know how you make it for appealing?
My son only 1 point short for the school base on last year COP.
Need your advice.
Thanks in advance!

If your son is only 1 point short of school COP last year, I hope you have put the school as your first choice because your chances of getting it this year is very high considering that overall T-score seems to be lower. You can call to check with the school what is their COP this year - you may not even need to go thru' the appeal process which can be tedious depending on school.
Good luck! -

Yes, I put the secondary school as my 1st choice.
Also I have called the school and went down to get the appealing form.
My son is not good in his CCA and I dont know base on what to appeal. :?
The school still not sure about the COP this year.
However, many people predict that this year COP will go up that's why make me very worry.
I really hope that COP will go down this year

We have to report to the school we posted and apply for transfer at the school as we waiting for the result of the appealing.
Why we have to apply for transfer at the posted school? Thought the school we appeal will inform them once success.
Can anyone enlighten me?

JieTing:
From what I understand, you have to approach the preferred school to appeal. If the appeal is \"verbally successful\" (preferred school said ok), you need to approach your posted school to withdraw, then go to preferred school to put in appeal application. This will ensure you have a place in either posted or preferred sec school. We have to report to the school we posted and apply for transfer at the school as we waiting for the result of the appealing.

I also understand not all sec schools are willing to do the \"leg work\" for appeal cases - the parents need to do the running of sending withdrawal and application form here and there. -
hi all! does anyone knows how to apply for rv? :? :?:thanks in advance!

Hi,
Is it possible to appeal to 2 secondary schools at the same time ? ie, both your 1st and 2nd choice ? -
