Dear parents, my daughter chosed Anderson as her 1st choice cos its a band 1 school and near our home. Posting result is tomorrow, hope she will gets in, her t-score 254. Care to share your experience with the school?
Hi hesiew, how's life in Anderson? my daug applied DSA & waiting for Sept result. Your daug has high T-score. Why not choose IP school or CHIJ Toa Payoh? -
Any parents of current Anderson Secondary School students in here? Just wanted to know more about the school....unfortunately their OPEN HOUSE is ONLY after the results are out! on 27 Nov 2010!!!!! Pls do share your opinion regarding the school activities, teaching etc.

Just like you, i am looking at this school but the T score is rather high for us. Just hope that his result is OK but its too late now.
Any reasons u chose this school? I was from that school and its not so difficult to get in during my time in the 80's. -
The only reason to consider Anderson is the fact that we think it is the best school in the North.

My son is on standby list after appeal - should know later this morning if he is successful - keeping fingers crossed

I understand Anderson has a DSA under Science Research and Innovation. Anybody has applied for this and can share what is the requirement for the same.

Our DS has joined Anderson this year…scored around 250. Heard that those who had joined last year requested for transfer to other school as they cdn’t handled the pressure, during the first term itself!!!

Interested in getting my daughter into this school next year, just told her to work towards this goal. I think the stress is there since it is 1 of the good sch but dun think it shld b more stressed than those independent sch. Anyway, sometimes stress can b quite healthy to push our kids to work harder -
