Hi Oceanic,Hi Jamesz and awhuang,
Thanks for informing me. I checked the principal's letter, in Annex 2, it said that \" As the time-table has not been finalised, parents are to ensure that pupils bring only the required items listed on first few days of school\"
I did not receive the list during orientation. Must have missed me out.
Sigh, have called school, no one seems to be picking up the phone.
Is there anything else important, I should know?

The principal mentioned in the news letter that school will be moving to temporary site end of this year. Anyone knows if the move is during the 2010 school term or during december holiday? If its during the school term, then I need to quickly arrange for alternative childcare. Big headache …

The school will move during the Dec holidays such that the new school term for Jan 2012 will start at the temporary premise.

Noted that there is enrichment classes for P1 English and Chinese on Saturdays at Rosyth. Any idea if we should send our kids for these classes, as I noted these classes seem to be organised by external tuition centres?
Also noted there is violin and ballet on Sat and Sun? Are these called CCAs which we have to get our kids to attend?
I am a new parent for P1 school going kids, appreciate some advice. Thanks. -

The weekend enrichment classes/CCA are conducted by external vendors, not compulsary. Only some of the CCAs are 'recognised' by RS.
Juz FYR, attached is the 2011 CCA list.
