      Hi TAS,

I am keen on your Newspaper Analysis class also, I heard from a friend that you once had this kind of class in 2009 at your Yishun centre? Is this similar? She said her girl who is in P6 now really liked it and picked up the habit of reading newspapers and could analyze the information at a deeper level.

Do you plan to have any of such classes on weekends?
      Hi jasmineong,

As of now, our only NSA (Newspaper and Storybook Analysis)
class is on Mondays from 3.15 pm - 4.45 pm.

        Hi jasmine,

Was the girl in GEP class? The NSA prog seems suitable for GEP kids.
        Hi,

No she was not, she was in P4 at that time but her english improved after she was there for 1 year. Ever since she joined, she now reads books like nobodys business and she can analyze and understand the books much better, that is why I want my son to join as well but I cant fit my timing for their class. 😞

                Hi Tania,

You can read the comments on TAS in this thread, I think there are a number of comments. My child is at TAS and we find them very good, the lessons are interesting, he can remember what is taught and has started to apply them in school. He has developed a greater interest in reading after the teacher recommends books to us to buy or borrow. And the management take your feedback seriously and if they think your feedback is valid, they will do what they can to work on it.

                  Hi TAS,

I would like to find out if you will still have your book events as I missed out on the last one. I heard that you gave out a compo as well to teach application of book phrases is this compo available to anyone who buys the books?

I would also like to find out if we can join Word Wizard after CNY, will it be to late to catch up?

                    Hi MLJ,

Yes we will be having more book events and will update you here on
the forum when these events are after CNY.

For Word Wizard, we will give you the booklet so you can help you
                    child catch up at home.
