Hi parents,

We are having a special referral promotion from now (Jan 27
2011 to February 25 2011- we have extended the
date to 25 Feb as some parents say their friends have
children still finishing their terms at other centres so they
can only join at the end of Feb).

Anyone who refers a friend to us for class (English, Science
and NSA-Newspaper and Storybook Analysis class) can will get
$10 per person referred.

The friend who is referred will also get $20 off their term fees.

How does this work:
Eg: If you refer 3 people, you will get $30 off and each person you
refer will get $20 off their term fees. If the person you refer
has 3 children joining us, you will get $30 off and the person
will get $20 off the term fee of each child.

- The friend whom you recommend needs to give us your
child's full name (name + surname), level (eg. P1) and
branch your child is in (AMK, Bukit Timah or East)

- When the friend signs up with us, he or she will
get the discount off their term fee and you will
get the discount off for your next term's fee.

- During this promotion period, you can refer any number
of people.

- At the end of the year, we will also take note of the
people who refer the most number of friends to us
(during the promotion and non promotion period
and the person who refers the most-must be at
least 30 and above- will get an IPAD). This
person must also of course still be with us at
TAS.

We actually have this year end gift every year- but this
year's gift has been changed to an IPAD.

Does anyone has any advise / feedback on I Can Read vs British Council for P1 kid (who has completed the phonics reading courses). Looking more at creative writing, oral presentation, grammar.

maybe some kids are just like some trees, no matter what fertiliser u put, they wont grow:（

aft kids' enrichment classes, ideally parents can go thru kids' works with them. Is will help them to recap what they have learnt in the class.

Uh... I heard of I Can Read before. But we didn't use it. My 3rd grader has been using beestar for reading and writting. The weekly worksheets are full of vivid pictures and interesting stories, very helpful for kids thinking, pretty cool!

Maybe you guys want have a try. :celebrate:
