RI conducts Math Olympiad training during lesson time? Are these for the exceptionally talented?

they call it competition math, not restricted to math olympiad

they have a special 'pull out' class of 15 kids (2011 Sec 1) doing something at faster pace / different scope from the rest of the cohort. all these 15 must join the math club, and some were further streamed to join the seniors in competition matn training.

So they don't do the regular Math class? Is there also competition math training outside curriculum time for other selected students?

only 1 day or what ?? or will they open up some slots for another day??

only one afternoon ! but i guess the school is being fair to allow those with pink notice to book first - it is compulsory and they probably need more helps than others- adjustment stage i guess

pink notice ?? u mean those pupils with poorer results ?
so u can't book anymore lah....

They take separate test papers but will sit for the EOY paper with the rest.
