ic. but i would think it wont be the same as you wont know wat are the things(subsequent) that they are doing according to their age group. tt's the reason i continue on. for older class, i ever seen the teacher giving them puzzles( many pieces, at least 30 pieces) with time watch. i was told, they are expected to see the picture once then arrange it. things like that.. all memory testing. like my DD class 4yo. they are flashed with 5 country flash cards, then after 2 flashing, they are expected to join the country to numbers.. e.g number 1- singapore 2-Australia.. etc.. so they will link between the picture they see (no words) to the exercise they are give ( picture+words then numbers) to join the correct ones.

        etc etc etc..

yes… yes, this peg memory (rite?) we also did during our time there …even more complicated since it’s a 5 yrs old class. Of course, if you have the time & resources, it’s gd to invest, but I have my own reasons & priorities …

Cheers to all SM mothers! Can appreciate the hardwork you had to put in yourself to see the results.

no, it's not peg memory. peg memory is just number and words.

                    Hi,

I’m looking to send my boy to a good enrichment program. Have got some background of SM through the sharing of parents here…

I was surfing and ended up at My Little Genius website.

Have anyone been to the program?

I have passed it a few times along Upper Serangoon Rd but have never gone in to check it out…

Anyone able to share your experience with the program?

                    Thanks!

                      Hi,

My child has been attending My Little Genius for the past 5 wks. So far, I like what I see and my child who is 2 yrs plus seems to be enjoying the activities. It is still too early to tell whether my child is benefiting as it has only been 5 weeks. Most important to me is he enjoys it.

My older child who is now 5 yrs old had attended SM for 1.5 yrs before I stopped him last yr. I am very unhappy abt the way I was treated when I was there. Think they are getting a little too arrogant although my child did benefitted from the program.

From what I can see, both SM and my little genius are doing similiar things, brain stimulaation. The thing that I like abt my little genius is that it is a bilingual programme and the materials are nicer and they do have some added activities. I also like the fact that they are not doing ESP. I am not comfortable with ESP. The teachers in my little genius is also nice and the staff are friendly.

You can call them to book a preview session to know more.
                      Cheers.
