i love all cheese

even those ang moh blue cheese?
sorry but that makes me

but they are really nice   eat it with red wine
Acquired taste. And I dun get it

        Cheese with red wine
        Strawberries with Champagne

Me I like my cheese melted on toast or runny in pizza and lasagne. Champagne, dun really fancy too many bubbles, makes me burp not very ladylike .
Strawberries are still best with chocolate. Hehe.

But I digress. I buy the laughing cow cube cheese for kids to snack on. DS is more crazy about cheese then DD but both seem to like most dairy products.

I heard that children should not take fresh cheese like brie. Don't true or not.

May be because of the very high salt content in this kind of cheese.

Soft cheese like Brie are generally made from unpasturised milk, hence not suitable for kids, pregnant ladies, n folks with weakened immune system. Best to check the ingredient list.

Sliced cheese - my girls like President's (burger) cheese.

My personal preference is Dutch Gouda cheese - so yummy when melted with bread and chicken meat in a sandwich maker

Yup. Made that for x'mas gathering a few yrs back. For the kids, I added apple juice but for the adults beer was used. Yum, especially with diff types of herb bread.
