      Hi Tittank,

They hv a gate for parents picking their daughters near St Teresa’s Church , which is just below the Bt Purmei Estate. Its open daily for pickups after school at 1.30pm and during CCA/Enrichment Classes at designated timings.

As for yr chances…basis on last year’s data, seems no prob. Then again every year there are surprises… Good Luck !

The timing is just dismissal at 1.30pm? How about in the morning is the gate open say at around 6.30am onwards? :rahrah:

            Hi All,

Does anyone’s dd take the school bus? If there is CCA in the afternoon, will the school bus be willing to fetch the children? Thanks.

I would like to know is there internal streaming in term of Chinese & Maths when in P1? Example when comes to Maths & Chinese period, the kids would go to different class slot? I also understand that when it comes to P1 orientation, the school would conduct a internal test. Those who performed badly have to come back in remedial lesson on every Sunday?

Lastly I would like to find out is that if kid that scored very badly in PSLE, still would confirm a place with St Theresa (CHIJ) of course the std cannot be on par with St Nicolas.

Yes, but you have to pay extra for the 4 PM school bus and inform the bus company accordingly.

Not that I know of. The girls all take those subjects together in the same classroom under the same teacher(s). I did hear that at P3 (or after P3) level, there will be some kind of streaming (which, honestly, I do not agree fully with, but that is a subject of another discussion.)

I dont know if it is every Sunday or on weekday evenings, but there are definitely remedial sessions for reading and Maths.

Sorry, but no. There is a lower (much lower) T-score cut-off for CHIJ (Kellock) girls, but no \"confirmed place\" as such.

Hi nansk, is there any shelter if we need to drop off our child during rain? Are we able to drive in sch compound?

And are there any tests on the child before she was assigned to her class. I mean like asking parents whether their child has any enrichment class during her k2....etc. So the average one will be group in same class while the smarter one will be group in another class. This is what I heard at other neighborhood school. 🙂
