Since most P2B <1km will register on the first day, looks like for this yr this category escapes unscathed (30 apln for this group against 35 vacancies).

maybe yes maybe not....usually most of the applicants will go on the first day to apply.

Not much info, no specific numbers (i think the admin afraid to tell us) but if need to ballot, likely to be >2km right now.

Waiting for update on MOE website to see number registered today.

High probability of a ballot within 1km for MGS. Not everyone has been flushed out within the radius yet. Sadly there is a high number of PR’s within Phase 2B 1km. We live around the area and hence know the number of foreigners around here.

I don't think the PRs are a large factor for P2B 1 km. I asked the lady when I registered my daughter this afternoon and she told me that there was only 1 PR thus far within 1 km. This compares to 3 or 4 out of 43 under P2B 1 km last year.
