Busymom:
thanks busymomYou could google for Tien Hsia and should be able to find the website easily, otherwise it is http://www.tienhsia.com
Think someone had commented earlier in this thread about a branch in Jurong. -
You are most welcome!

Hi,
I have 2 girls, one in K1 and another in P1 this year. I have not tried any Chinese Enrichment class as my P1 girl is currently with a one-to-one Chinese tutor. While I am keen to put my girls to try out during the Nov/Dec holidays, I'm looking at some of the Chinese enrichment classes available and not sure which one suits my girls.
1) Berries
2) Eduplus
3) Busy Bees
Please advise. Thanks -
JL-NG,
please do a search before starting a new topic.
there is already an existing thread on Chinese enrichment.
you should be able to find the information if you read http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?t=416&start=0 -
My DS had been with Berries since he was 4 and he is heading off to P1 next year, i heard that Berries are good with pre-schoolers and Molin is better choice for primary students, can anyone share on this?
Currently I learn from his berries tr that that they only have higher chinese in berries and moreover he got one of the most committed there and the location is very convenient to my place and now in a dilemma to consider to make the switch a not?
Can any parents whose kids are in Molin share? -

I personally find group setting more suitable for learning chinese. It's the atmosphere and element of 'fun' with other children around that'll help make things more interesting too.[Moderator's note: Topics merged.]

Though my boy is very young now, my intention when he goes to primary school is to let him go for a 'fun' enrichment in group setting & 1-to-1 tuition if his grades are not up to standard.
If they do not have the interest, 1-to-1 tuition will bore them even more! -
Thanks Mrswongtution for sharing.
I was thinking of trying out enrichment classes for both my girls. The feedback I got is Berries is very good for pre-schoolers. What about P1 ? Is Eduplus/Busy Bee or Tien Hsai good for pre-schoolers or Primary level ? Iโm thinking of putting 2 of my girls into one school instead of putting my pre-schooler into Berries and my older girl, P1 into another enrichment school. As I have no experience with any of the schools above, can anyone advise me which centres is good for pre-school and Pri level ? -
Hi JL-NG
You could read through the earlier posts in this thread. There are various reviews of the schools that you have listed. If not mistaken, there were some comments that Berries is good for pre-schoolers and Tien Hsai for primary level. While my DD is in Tien Hsia, she is still a pre-schooler, so I canโt tell you if Tien Hsia is really good for primary school level. So far however, DD has enjoyed going to her lessons at Tien Hsia. Maybe you should consider about the logistics and see which school is nearest to your home?
At the end of the day, it is ok for both your gals to go to different centres, if after your assessment, one is better than the other for each age group. This is especially so if you canโt get the same time slot for both of them. -
Thanks for your feedback and comments. I will check out the previous threads

Hi,
Anyone from NE area (Kovan / Hougang) can advise good chinese learning center for my current K1 gal ? Thought of sending her for chinese enrichment classes when she turns K2 (6 yrs old). Heard much about Woodland Berries learning center , any commends on Hougang Berries learning center?
My son is 2.5 yrs old now, is it advisable for him to start early?
