Hi,Hi there,
Can anyone please advise whether Macau is a conducive place to bring a 3 yr old in September??
Was surfing about Macau and came across this indoor playground called Kids' City at Hard Rock Hotel, City of Dreams. Any comments about this place??
May be going to Macau and toying with the idea of bringing my DS, so some constructive input/feedback will be very much appreciated.

we went to macau during the June holiday. my ds simply loves the Kids' City. We, adult also like the games in there. We brought ds there on 2 days with different adult going in tat 2 days to enjoy ourselves as well... I would said Kids' City is highly recommended. Till now, my ds will tell us Macau has Kids' City.

Recently saw a article report: Macau has become a "Thieves Heaven". It states that there are lot of pickpockets around, ready to steal tourists belonging/money/handbags whatever they see.
Is the situation really so " bad" ? Please share your experiences.
Thanks. -
Thinking of going to Macau for a short getaway with hubs. Whatβs there to do if going free and easy? Any feedback will help. Thanks

The hotels have shuttle bus to city centre where you can visit the ruins of an arch. Sorry I cannot remember the name but it appears in Hong Kong serials whenever they visit Macau.
You can also watch the shows since you are staying there. We were not able to do so cos we had to rush back to Hong Kong - it was peak season and we were afraid of missing the last ferry back due to insufficient seats.
You can also tour the hotels and casinos there. -
In your opinion, is it more fun to go to Macau or Bangkok? Only DH gambles a little. I am into shopping and eating. I went to Macau 20 years ago, DH hasnβt been there. Bangkok we have gone about 5 years ago.

Go 2D1N can liao i think.
I never pay anything for transport when i was in macau. Cos many hotels provide free shuttle. My hotel has no shuttle but I took another hotel shuttle from the ferry terminal and walk to my hotel. I stayed near Senado Square.
Alot of people went and find nothing much. But to me I find many things leh. Maybe they don't know what to do.
My itinerary was:
After check in, I went to St Paul's ruins and Senado square to take photo and makan.
Then from there take shuttle bus to City of Dreams Hotel to watch free bubble show.
From there I took another shuttle to Venetian to take photo.
Then from there i went to Wynn resort to watch 2 shows. I think is musical fountain and money tree. Free also. By then alreadly nite liao and we took the shuttle back to the hotel.
Note: All the hotels we went are Casino hotels, you can gamble if you want to. For us we don't gamble so we just watch the show and take photo.
Day 2, basically we walked to Senado square for makan. I tried their pork chop bun, egg tarts is nice. Then after that check out and return to hong kong.
There are other places of interest which we didn't go such as the statue of kuanyin, tower of macau, a temple and etc. -
Thanks! Sounds doable...
