        JSC:
        Hi shpsim,

Looking at the data from Nanchiau, 191-73=118 are unsuccessful from the ballot. Anchor Green left 79 vacancies. Those wthn 1km of Nan Chiau would probably be wthn 1km of Anchor Green. So not considering those who failed balloting at Compassvale who might be staying wthn 1km of Anchor Green as well, the chance of balloting at Anchor Green at 2C supp is very high. It could be something like 118 ballot for 79 vacancies which mean chance is 67%.

That's why i changed strategy from balloting at Nanchiau or Compassvale and went straight to Anchor Green at phase 2C. Envy those who got into their first choice but do not want to risk balloting 2 times.

Go for the guided tour tomorrow at Anchor green to have a feel of the school.

        JSC
So how was the guided tour at Anchor Green? I could not make it as really busy at work. Just came home 30 mins ago...

I am not so lucky 😢 The guy in front of me and beside me both got it... *sigh*

I think many of us will consider applying for Anchor Green especially when their principal and vice-principal came to Nan Chiau and distribute folders to invite unsuccessful parents to their conducted tour on 13 Aug

I'm sorry to hear that, aaadaddy. But Anchor Green is a good alternative. Good luck for the next Phase!

Thanks Chief! Hopefully I won't have to go thru' Phase 3 having failed to secure a place in all my choice schools.

Ya... go for it!! Dun loss heart. Good luck & all the best to you at Phase 2C supp.

Resigned to it... will just have to secure a place in a school now and try to transfer him subsequently when the opportunity arise.

šŸ™ Pray hard for you that there won't be more than one application after that. Anchor Green left 79 vacancies right? šŸ™

If there are only 60+ within one km, then those staying within 1km high chance will get into Anchor Green... Good luck to those apply Anchor Green out there!!! :rahrah:

Latest update from Anchor Green. I registered this morning but too kan jiong. Went there at 4.25pm just now to find out the total number of applicants. The teachers told me :

within 1km : No need ballot
more than 1km : Need ballot

Saw from the registration numbers in the red basket stopped at 87. Think there are 86 applicant this year.
