Hello friends, one more question. I was told by someone that one had to stay in an address for 2 years before school starts otherwise one cannot use that address. I was told that this was true of ACS but that person does not know ACJS or ACPS. I had not heard of this before. Is this true?

Anyone here intending to register their child for ACS (Primary) and looking for homes within 1km of the school please feel free to contact me. I have units near the school that @ Five Chancery, strata bungalow, going for $1280 psf TOP end of the year, and Blk 8 of Viva @ Novena going for $1950 psf TOP around the 2nd Quarter of 2012. For the units at Viva, please note that only Blk 8 is within the 1km radius of the school and is in Zone 1 of the school.

Wow, as of this morning(1130am), 1st day of phase 2C, there are already 11 applicants within 1km of ACPS, anyone has the latest number? Am wondering if I should still try for this school given that I am 1km as well.

Do you have any other schools for which you are within 1km and have better odds? If not, just go for it.

A lot of ACSP applicants are within 1 km so the odds is bad for my son but for SJIjunior the 1km odds is sure so an advise to parents heading to ACSP better not go through the stress, try SJIjunior since lkm high chance no ballot. My colleague under 1km from the school told me about 20 applicants 1 km today already and still got day2 and 3 to go.

As of 4ish yesterday, for acsJ, it was 61 less than 1KM and 7 appllicants 1 to 2km.
